Irvine, Calif. – October 2016 – Lennar is getting ready unveil a new collection of homes within the Great Park Neighborhoods. An early bird opening event is scheduled for November 5 at 10 a.m., where interested buyers can learn more about this exciting new collection of homes.

Somerset at Parasol Park, will consist of single-family detached condominiums that showcase modern design details and smart floorplans that give everyone in the family their own space. Available in both two- and three-story designs, these homes range in size between approximately 2,028 to 3,196 square feet of living space, three to four bedrooms, up to four-and-a-half bathrooms and feature open-concept living areas such as large outdoor upper decks, open lofts and/or bonus rooms, per plan. Located within the Great Park Neighborhoods, Somerset residents will have access to the three-acre Parasol Park that includes sports courts, children’s
