Lennar Philly Metro is thrilled to announce the acquisition of another exciting new home community in one of Chester County’s most sought-after locations. Villages at Spring Hill is the largest new residential community in the history of Spring City Borough, with walkability to the nearby Main Street and the Schuylkill River. In addition, the community is a short drive to Downtown Phoenixville and has convenient access to Route 422 and the PA Turnpike.

Villages at Spring Hill will be comprised of 173 new homes and is the latest Chester County addition joining nearby communities at Steelpointe (Phoenixville), Magnolia Reserve (East Vincent Township), and the Meadows at Hillview (Caln Township). The Villages at Spring Hill will offer homebuyers a choice of Townhomes, Carriage Homes, and Single-Family homes all within the prestigious Spring-Ford School District.
