Folsom, Calif. – June 2018 – Homeshoppers on the search for a new home for sale in Folsom are in luck! Lennar recently opened two new neighborhoods at Harvest and will plans to open two more new neighborhoods at the high-end Folsom Ranch masterplan later this summer.

Gala at Harvest offers a collection of three newly-designed family-focused floorplans for homeshoppers to choose from. Offering a spacious collection of single and two-story homes, these new residences range in size from approximately 2,400 to 3,100 square feet with three to five bedrooms, three to four-and-a-half bathrooms and two or three-car garages.

Braeburn at Harvest also features expansive homes available in three distinctive designs. Home sizes at Braeburn range from approximately 3,236 to 3,773 square feet with four to five bedrooms, three to five-and-a-half bathrooms and either two or three-car garages.

Two neighborhoods will unveil at the Folsom Ranch masterplan: Oakleaf and Copperwood. This community is convenient located in a desirable area near the new Palladio shopping center. At Oakleaf homeshoppers have three home designs to choose from that range in size from approximately 2,662 to 3,789 square feet. Four floorplans are offered at Copperwood that offer 2,287 to 3,230 square feet of living space.
