Lennar is inviting home shoppers to get ready for prequalification at two new communities, Eko Blok in Pacific Beach and Vibe at Millenia in Chula Vista, which opens online on Monday, February 3 at 10 a.m. Homebuyers who obtain prequalification will have the first opportunity to purchase during the initial pre-model sales release, anticipated for February 29.

Vibe at Millennia will feature six distinctive home designs to choose from, available in a variety of elevation styles. These three and four-story homes will range in size from approximately 1,681 to 2,552 square feet, with select homes featuring a fourth-story bonus room and covered deck.. The homes will offer three to four bedrooms, three to three and one-half bathrooms, two-car garages, upper decks, bonus rooms and first-floor bedrooms or offices with bathrooms.
Eko Blok will offer an exclusive collection of only 30 homesites in total, with six floorplans to choose from. All three-story designs, these contemporary homes will feature private patios, upper decks, open-concept living areas, luxe master suites in rooftop decks in most plans. Sizes will range from approximately 1,655 to 1,776 square feet offering three to four bedrooms and two and one-half to three bathrooms.
