San Diego, Calif. – January 2019 – Lennar San Diego is thrilled to announce that the local star, Sam the Cooking Guy, will be doing a live demonstration at Sterling Heights at The Lakes on Saturday, February 2 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Home shoppers are invited to attend to watch a live demonstration in the backyard of one of the luxury model homes, while Sam gives tips and tricks for culinary dishes to serve during the Big Game.

Sam is so well-followed and respected in this city and we can’t wait to have him show us and our home shoppers some of his culinary expertise,” said Laurie Massas, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar San Diego. “It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy our beautiful model homes in a interesting experience, and we can’t wait to show them off!”

Home shoppers will find six distinctive floorplans to choose from at Sterling Heights, including single, two-story and three Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs. These large homes in total range from approximately 4,283 to 6,540 square feet of living space with four to five bedrooms and four and one-half to five and one-half bathrooms.

The three Next Gen® floorplans all feature an attached private suite that functions as a home within itself.
