Operation Coming Home Key Ceremony

Wounded Warrior Receives New Lennar Home

National Guard Sergeant Kyle Snyder and his family received the keys to Operation Coming Home’s Hero Home #11 on October 27, 2015. The home was built by Lennar Homes in the community Traditions at Wake Forest. Sgt. Snyder was wounded in service in Afghanistan with a lengthy hospitalization and is currently serving with the NC Army National Guard.

Several members of the military, volunteers and business representatives gathered to say thank you to Snyder during a celebration ceremony.

Kyle Snyder said while the home is new, it is already full of memories. The home includes the hand prints of Lennar associates in the shape of an American flag, as well as a “hero room,” complete with military seals on the walls.
