Amazon has teamed up with Lennar to transform select Lennar homes into Amazon Experience Centers. Discover the magic of a Lennar connected home, activated and supported by Amazon and voice-controlled by Alexa. World Property Journal interviews David Kaiserman, President of Lennar Ventures, about the Experience Centers in a new article by Michael Gerrity.
Amazon Experience Centers feature the latest products and experiences set up by Amazon experts. Amazon is constantly updating and refining the experience within each model home. Amazon experts are Amazon employees who are specially trained on the latest technology and are passionate about helping customers. Customers have rated Amazon experts at 4.9 out of 5 stars. Customers who want to bring the experience to their existing homes can book a one-on-one session with an Amazon expert
“Amazon’s ability to bring a home to life with Alexa smart home experiences, entertainment and services – coupled with their obsession with customer experience – is a natural extension of our Everything’s Included approach to homebuilding,” said David Kaiserman, president of Lennar Ventures. “We picked Amazon because of our shared commitment to customers, their Amazon experts across the country, and their ability to connect customers with thousands of service providers through Amazon Home Services.”
Kaiserman further commented in a one-on-one interview with The World Property Journal, “The key takeaway of our new partnership with Amazon is both our companies’ hyper-focused ‘customer service’ mentality for each new customer. Not only can anyone come to one of many Amazon / Lennar Experience Centers across the U.S., they can also learn, experience, and purchase their own Alexa-enabled smart home services online at Amazon.com/ShopLennar; and once purchased, Amazon Home Services will go out to their individual homes (nationwide) and install and hookup all the equipment, turn on the service, and provide ongoing customer support service to each customer for 90-days after installation. We want to make the entire Amazon-Lennar connected smart home user experience very simple, easy, and affordable to tens of thousands of consumer homes each year — regardless if they buy a new home from Lennar or not.”
Amazon Experience Centers are now open in Lennar model homes in Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, Orlando, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC with more coming soon.
