Lennar is excited to announce their newest community is coming soon to a great location in South Jordan. Copperleaf will offer two collections of townhome designs to choose from.

The first collection of townhomes will feature three distinctive floorplans to choose from. With farmhouse-inspired exterior styles, the homes will feature rear garages, private front yard patios and three to four bedrooms.

The second townhome collection will feature two floorplans to choose from, with three to four bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. The homes will feature front-facing garges, contemporary exteriors and full unfinished basements. In total, the homes from both collections will range in size from approximately 2,262 to 2,804 square feet.

Each home will also come complete with Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® package, which provides upgrades and features at no additional cost. At Copperleaf, these will include stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, granite or quartz countertops, integrated home automation and Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ designs at no additional cost.
