Lennar announces their newest community in Saratoga Springs will be Sunflower Fields, a new collection of attached townhomes coming soon to the Wildflower masterplan. Sunflower Fields will feature two series of home designs to choose from, perfect for families looking to own new in this desirable location.

The second townhome collection will feature two floorplans to choose from, with three to four bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. The homes will feature front-facing garages, contemporary exteriors and full unfinished basements. In total, homes from both collections will range in size from approximately 2,262 to 2,804 square feet.

Each home will also come complete with Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® package, which provides upgrades and features at no additional cost.
