Charleston, S.C.  (April 10, 2017) – Due to the sale of 569 homes in 2016, Summerville’s Cane Bay secured a spot as the 7^th-best-selling master planned community in the nation, up from its 10^th place position in 2015. Lennar Homes, the top-selling builder in the Charleston area, also ended last year on a high note as the top-selling homebuilder in Cane Bay. In early April, Lennar acquired 400 additional home sites within Lindera Preserve, making this one of the largest communities within Cane Bay.
