Many of our communities have extensive information online, including floor plans, photographer, Everything’s Included® features lists, and virtual tours are available (on select plans).

Here at Lennar, we take the health of our guests and our staff very seriously. In these challenging times, it’s important to ensure that all necessary actions are taken to ensure the well-being of everyone we serve.

To better serve you, this means if you would like to tour a model home, you are still welcome to do so, but you will need to make an appointment with our Internet Sales Team first. We also now offer virtual and phone appointments in addition to private one-on-one scheduled visits in our sales offices. During a virtual appointment, you will have the opportunity to tour our model and view videos of the floor plans as well as check out the community site plan, and available homesites, with the ability to offer other alternatives to ensure your peace of mind.
