Spring is finally here and the farmer’s markets are starting!

 

One farmer’s market we love is the Thompson’s Station Farmer’s Market. Beginning in May and continuing through July, the Thompson’s Station Farmer’s Market is founded on the idea of buying local. The market runs from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesday nights, so it’s the perfect place to stop after work and grab fresh produce, artisanal items, or even a bite to eat with friends or family.

Going 8 years strong, the market is located in the beautiful barn of Homestead Manor and features over 20 local vendors! Some of the vendors include:

• A Stitch in Time
• Great Escape Coffee
• Kola Reina Gourmet Caramels
• Nashville Olive Oil Company
• Spring Hill Bakery

Being an evening market, guests are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket and sample their new goods on the lush 50-acre property. Guests can even reserve expertly packed picnic baskets from the Homestead Manor restaurant or make reservations to dine by calling (615) 538-6113.
