Who else is excited about fall, y’all? Lennar Austin has a LOT going on this month and we are fueling ourselves with pumpkin spiced everything! We can’t help but get the sweaters out in preparation for this cooler weather and are also excited to see our Lennar Homeowner’s Halloween decorations and costumes. Each of our Community Welcome Home Centers will be hosting fall festivities, and during Halloween will have snacks and treats to get you started on your way to trick-or-treat. Be sure to stop by and say hello. Don’t forget to share your photos on your community Facebook Pages! And we can’t leave out our four legged friends, so we are featuring our first Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Sweepstakes on Facebook taking place October 24-31. Be sure to Like our Lennar Austin Facebook Page and comment on the sweepstakes post with a photo of your family pet in Halloween Costume to enter! (See post for additional rules and details.)
As always, we want to ensure all our Homeowners and their families stay safe while trick or treating and celebrating the holiday. Follow these Halloween Safety Tips and this year’s candy haul a guaranteed success! Our Welcome Home Centers will have Lennar glow sticks available for you to help keep track of your troops. Stop by and pick one up.
