Showcasing the Rune plan, home shoppers can now schedule a tour to see the first professionally decorated home from this innovative collection, which will offer 100 new homes in total, making it the largest collection of 3D-Printed homes nationwide. Tours are available seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm and three more models are anticipated to open in September.

“We are so delighted to open our first model home to the public, allowing home shoppers to experience a glimpse firsthand into the home designs, innovative features and what this collection is all about,” said Danielle Lipari-Mareth, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Austin. “Offering quite a different style than our traditional communities, we worked closely with ICON, BIG and our internal Lennar interior design team to create a unique and inspiring home tour experience.”

Showcasing the Rune plan, one of the eight home designs available within the 3D-Printed Homes collection at the Wolf Ranch masterplan, the model offers approximately 2,014 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Director of Merchandising for Lennar, Jackie Price, lead the interior design and decorating for the Rune model and spoke of creating a unique home experience to complement the modern home and its features.

“Since the architecture itself is very modern, we wanted to honor that while also creating an environment that was warm, inviting and approachable,” said Price. “The color palette revolved around warm hues, showcasing the Mid-Century style with sleek and timeless design, and natural materials that felt authentic to the local area.”

Set in Georgetown, TX, the 3D-Printed homes all showcase distinctive features such as polished, concrete floors, flat panel cabinetry, textured interior and exterior walls and a modern elevation style. The goal of the model experience was to create was to balance the modernity of the design with comfort and familiarity of classic design themes, while also fostering a connection to the community’s surrounding area.

“We loved using the unique texture and curvature in the walls as a starting point for our design. To balance the modernity of it, we incorporated rounded elements, raw woods, greenery, linen, warm terra cotta and natural leathers,” Price said.

The surrounding area of the community in the town of Georgetown, which is located approximately 30-minutes north of Austin, is known for its beautiful rolling hills, mature Oak trees, lavender fields, textured stone and open space. Features in the home that reflect this include large stone boulders with dual purposes as coffee tables, Oak accented wood furniture, textured art and more.

“The combination of contemporary architecture and the integration of natural elements helped us create a harmonious space that connected us to the natural beauty of Austin’s Wolf Ranch community,” Price said.
