Trinity West in Dallas offers 30 homesites with single-family homes from the $200s. This location is minutes from downtown, putting Trinity West residents in the perfect place for adventure of all kinds.

Kings Ridge in Denton is an affordable collection of 77 homesites from the $300s in a laid-back city that will inspire all sorts of fun, dining and entertainment. Amenities include green spaces and a walking trail.

Llano Springs in Fort Worth offers fun amenities like a playground, splash park, pool and pond, with single-family homes starting in the $200s. This neighborhood is just off the famous Chisholm Trail and close to fantastic shopping and dining opportunities — as well as family-favorite attractions like the Fort Worth Zoo and Kimbell Art Museum.

Skyline Estates in Hutchins will offer 164 homesites’ worth of single-family homes starting in the $200s. This attractive location is just 14 miles from downtown Dallas, meaning attractions like the Dallas Zoo and the iconic Reunion Tower (the best place to spend date night 470 feet above the city) are just a short drive away.

Coming this fall

Lakeview Estates is another upcoming community in Azle, offering 60 homesites. Also situated near the expansive and popular Eagle Mountain Lake, there’s no shortage of opportunities for boating, swimming, hiking, fishing and watersports. Again, Fort Worth and all its cultural highlights are just a half-hour drive away.

Chisholm Trail Ranch in Fort Worth will bring single-family living to 52 homesites in a community located near I-35 — offering easy access to the Fort Worth Zoo, the Shops at Chisholm Trail Ranch and the almost-infinite attractions of Fort Worth and Dallas.

Mobberly Farms in Pilot Point will offer 78 homesites total, divided between 2 distinct collections of Lennar home designs: Cottage and Watermill. This location is north of the DFW metroplex and close to Lake Ray Roberts — a popular fishing, boating, hiking, horseback riding and camping destination with over 20 miles of trails, abundant marinas and recreation areas and a wonderful state park.
