Lennar Grand Opens Two New Models in Ashbel Cove at Baytown Crossings

Lennar teams up with Beazer Homes to Grand Open Baytown’s newest master-planned community of Ashbel Cove at Baytown Crossings. The first village of the new Baytown Crossings master-planned community will celebrate the community’s grand opening on Saturday, March 21 with a Burgers & Brews event.

Lennar has two furnished model homes open and available and available to tour with new homes starting from the $200,000s to $300,000s. The event will last from 1-5 p.m. Admission is free for the whole day of family fun. The event will host burgers from Craft Burger food truck. Entertainment will include live music by Steve Straker, a bounce house, inflatable sports games, lawn games and plenty more!

This event is hosted by the Friendswood Development Company as part of its Discovery New Home Tour, which runs from March 14 to April 19, 2020. As part of this special promotion, guests can register for a chance to win a 5,000 grand prize entry at any of the Ashbel Cove model homes while you visit. No purchase is necessary, and every entry has an equal chance to win.

Lennar is building on 50′ and 60′ homesites in Ashbel Cove. Homes on 50′ homesites start in the $200,000s and homes on the 60′ homesites start from the $240,000s.

For directions, take I-10 east towards Baytown. Exit Garth Road and turn left. Ashbel Cove will be ahead on the left.
