Village Builders has released a new collection of homes, the Icon Collection, in two of Lennar’s most popular North Houston communities, Woodtrace and Kingwood – Royal Brook. The new product series is designed for 40-foot wide homesites.
“This new collection is perfect for families looking for a high level of style and amenities, who want a smaller yard and less outdoor maintenance,” said Lennar Houston Division President Michael Reamer.
The Icon Collection by Village Builders features gorgeous interiors and elegant exteriors with exceptional attention to detail and beautiful amenities, such as a chef’s island kitchen, a spacious covered rear patio, an elegant formal dining room, a second floor dedicated game and media room, and a generous first floor master suite.
Lennar’s Next Gen® collection is available in the Woodtrace: Icon Collection. These homes are perfect for a variety of dual living situations and include a separate entrance, living space, kitchenette, bedroom, and full bath. Lennar designed these unique floor plans to be incorporated into the main home in a way that allows it to be a separate space, but also offers direct access to the main home.
In Woodtrace, eight Icon Collection floor plans are available, ranging from 2,111 to 3,008 square feet and offering from three to four bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. All have two-car garages and are priced from $309,990 to $381,990. The 2,462 square foot Rosecliff plan is open daily as a furnished model home in Woodtrace for touring. Pricing and plan information for the Icon Collection in Kingwood will be released soon.
“We are always looking for ways to tailor our product offerings to best suit our buyer’s needs and this collection definitely fills a demand we see in the market,” added Reamer.
