Tucson, Ariz. – November 2019 – Lennar is introducing their Ocotillo floorplan, a new Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® design, to three of their communities in the Tucson metro area. Home shoppers will have even more possibilities when it comes to finding their dream home with the addition of this thoughtful new home design. The plan will be available at: Estrella Del Norte in Tucson, Vistas at Rincon Knolls in Vail and Mountain Vista Ridge, which is a brand-new community coming soon.
“With the rise of multigenerational living, our Ocotillo plan was designed for the way people choose to live today, which is why we’re so excited to bring it to three of our communities across Tucson,” said Tom Gansheimer, Division President for Lennar Tucson. “With this Next Gen® design, you’ll discover two homes under one roof, so there’s enough space for the family you’re raising and for the family that raised you.”
The Ocotillo offers two elevations. Elevation C&D showcases Lennar’s Next Gen® design, which features a main home with an attached private suite that connect through a dual access door. The main home offers approximately 1,395 square feet of living space and features an open layout, gourmet kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-bay garage. The private suite features approximately 544 square feet of living space, with its own separate entrance, living area with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The suite is perfect for aging parents because it allows them to be close to their loved ones while maintaining their independence and privacy.
Elevation A&B offers approximately 1,939 square feet of living space, including five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-bay garage. The heart of the home is an open living area that brings together the upscale kitchen, dining room and Great Room, plus extends to the covered patio for outdoor living. The layout also features four secondary bedrooms for the kids, a sophisticated master suite boasting a spa-inspired bathroom and a charming laundry space. Best of all? It’s all on one floor for low-maintenance living.
There are also options – combine two secondary bedrooms for a bunk room that the kids will love or substitute one of the secondary bedrooms for a mini garage.
Additionally, just like every Lennar home, this plan will feature a host of upgrades and features as standard through Lennar’s Everything’s Included® program. From granite countertops, energy-efficient appliances, designer-selected cabinetry, home automation, Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ Home Designs and much more, all comes included at no extra cost.
