The July issue of Where to Retire Magazine brings exciting news for Lennar’s Virginia division.

Both of VA’s premiere active adult communities: Virginia Heritage at Lee’s Parke in Fredericksburg and Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg, have been named among the Top 50 Best Master Planned Communities in the United States.

According to sales representative and self-proclaimed Colonial Heritage fan, Susan Soden, the editors of the magazine review details on hundreds of communities across the country and select those that they see as meeting all the parameters required of retiree’s today.
