Lennar will debut three new home designs in the highly sought-after master-planned community, Harpers Mill in Chesterfield, Virginia.  This is Lennar’s first new home community in the Richmond area market.

Pre-sales will begin this spring with just 30 homesites in the neighborhood of Haynes Bridge off Otterdale Road. Lennar will offer the Innisbrook, the Bonnington, and the Concord. These homes feature farmhouse, cottage, craftsman and traditional exteriors. The Innisbrook

The Bonnington

This 3,005 sq. ft home has four bedrooms with walk-in closets, three and one half baths and a two-car garage. Interior features include a two-story great room, kitchen with large island, breakfast area, formal dining room, home office, first-floor owner’s suite (with the option of a second owner’s suite upstairs) and a laundry room tucked off the garage.

The Concord

This 3,289 sq. ft., open-concept design has four bedrooms off the upstairs loft, two and one half baths and a three-car garage. The kitchen and breakfast area open to the great room, and a tucked-away study offers privacy and quiet.
