Bonney Lake, Wash. – June 2019 – Lennar celebrated a wildly successful turnout of their Grand Opening last weekend, where more than 100 people came out to tour the model homes and see the debut of the Gregory plan, an all-new floorplan at Tehaleh. The professionally-decorated model homes are now open for tours at the Welcome Home Center seven days a week.

Lennar Seattle also has introduced new elevations in Craftsman, Modern, and Traditional styles, along with a brand-new floorplan the Gregory. This spacious plan encompasses approximately 3,422 square feet of living space, including a bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The homes are priced from the mid $500,000s.
