Black Diamond, WA – February 2019 – Lennar Seattle celebrated a wildly successful Grand Opening event last month where they unveiled their Model Home Showplex at Ten trails. More than 400 people came out for the festivities and to view the never-before-seen model homes.

The eight models showcase a variety of available home designs now selling from Lennar’s East Village Collection at Ten Trails. The collection offers 12 home plans in total, which range in size from approximately 2,350 to 3,862 square feet with four to five bedrooms, two and one-half to four bathrooms and Everything’s Included® features and upgrades that come at no additional cost.

At Ten Trails, home shoppers are able to purchase one of Lennar’s revolutionary Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs in the Bainbridge plan.
