Lennar is excited to invite home shoppers to the Grand Opening of four new model homes on Saturday, Janaury 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendees will get to enjoy fresh baked cookies, espresso drinks and the first opportunity to tour the professionally-decorated model homes.

Cottage at Ten Trails offers ten distinctive floorplans for home shoppers to choose from, which range in size from approximately 1,704 to 3,199 square feet. All two story layouts, the homes provide three to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two-car garages. Prices start from the low $400,000s.
At Lennar’s two other neighborhoods, home shoppers will find more designs to choose from that range from approximately 2,350 to up to 3,862 square feet, with prices from the upper $400,000s to the $600,000s.
