Covington, Wash. – June 2019 – The city of Covington has increased in popularity and is gearing up to embrace the summer season with a whole series of public events. Located within walking distance from our Maple Hills and Cedar Creek Park communities in the city, it’s also just a short drive from our Northpoint at Maple Centre community in adjacent Maple Valley. All of these communities have new homes that are now selling!

Summer Splashtacular – June 29

Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Covington Aquatic Center

Bring the kids to this free event which is an afternoon of swimming, safety activities and tons of splashing fun.

Covington Days Festival – July 20-21

Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. & Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Come out for the festival kick-off parade on 272^nd Street at 10 a.m. Then, enjoy all the fun carnival games, 100 different vendors, delicious eats, live music, a watermelon eating contest and so much more!
