Daybreak, Lennar Northwest’s newest master-planned community, celebrated its official opening on August 20, 2022. The event included lots of enjoyable activities, including Sub Zero ice cream and gourmet hot dogs from Cafe Pacific.! Visitors were able to experience three beautifully designed model homes, showcasing the Merlot and Riesling from the Classic Collection, and the Richland from the Heritage collection.  Single-family homes with a one-story rambler, Next Gen® and traditional designs are now selling in Orting, WA.
