This floorplan allows 3,183 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms.
Single-story homes on display from the Heritage collection are ideal for snowbirds escaping harsh winters or empty nesters seeking the convenience of having everything on one level. The Richland features 1,681 square feet of living space paired with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Creston offers 1,461 square feet of living space, also with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
