This July, model homes at Lennar communities across the Puget Sound region are opening for homebuyers to tour! Touring a model home is a great opportunity to experience all that brand-new Lennar homes have to offer and what the communities can provide you and your household.

Daybreak in Orting is opening two new models: The Merlot – which spans approximately 2,121 square feet in size with four bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms and a loft area – and the Riesling, an approximately 2,439-square-foot home with four bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms, a loft and den. At Magnolia Ridge in Port Orchard, homebuyers can tour the Hemlock, a floorplan that has never before been modeled. The approximately 2,487-square-foot home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Each community is currently selling, with models set to open in mid to late July.
