Seattle, Washington – August 2019 – With the new school year beginning, it’s time to go into preparation mode at home. We want our students to have the best possible scholastic experience possible, which we can enhance by creating the perfect study and homework space for them when they get home at the end of each school day.

Our modern kitchens also provide plenty of counter space! Many of them feature oversized kitchen islands with enough room at the end to double as a breakfast bar for quick meals in the morning or to do homework on at the end of the school day.

Mudrooms in select floorplans also create an organized space. So that in the morning, jackets, shoes and backpacks are all ready to go as you walk out the door. And when the kids arrive home, they have a designated spot for their belongings.

Built-in tech desks are also featured in some of our home designs. The perfect place to set-up the family computer so the kids can use it for research, homework and special projects.
