Puyallup, Wash. – May 2019 – More than a hundred people came out to Lennar Seattle’s Grand Opening of Woodlands last weekend, a new community at the Sunrise masterplan in Puyallup. Attendees enjoyed complimentary pizza from the Rain or Shine on a Fire food truck while touring the never-before-seen model homes.

Lennar offers eight spacious single-family home designs in total, with sizes that range from approximately 3,017 to 3,423 square feet. These homes offer four to five bedrooms, two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms and two to four-bay garages. One of Lennar’s popular Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs is available at this community in the Bainbridge plan.
Next Gen® homes were designed with multigenerational families in mind. Each one features an attached private suite, complete with its own separate entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette.
