In the city of Marysville, Lennar’s two communities of Whiskey Ridge and Autumn Vista are now selling. In the larger city of Bothell, with a location closer to greater metropolitan areas, Lennar’s Spring Ridge is coming soon and Bellflower Woods is now selling. Both will bring a collection of spacious home designs including Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home. At Bellflower Woods, homes range in size from approximately 2,311 to 3,081 square feet and prices start from the high $700,000s.

Lastly is Glacier View, located in the city of Snohomish – Lennar’s first community in the county’s namesake. Glacier View will provide five distinctive floorplans to choose from, with sizes will range from approximately 2,311 to 3,343 square feet of living space. The VIP list for this community is now open and prices start from the low to mid $700,000s.
