Lennar , one of the nation’s leading home builders, is pleased to announce that Joy Broddle has been named the new Division President for the builder’s Las Vegas division.
“We are thrilled to have Joy Broddle step up as the new Division President for Las Vegas,” said Jeff Roos President of Lennar’s West Region. “Joy has been a wonderful addition the Lennar family since her start thirteen years ago. I couldn’t be more pleased to have her fulfill the role of Division President for our Las Vegas team.”
Over the years, Broddle has climbed the ranks at Lennar with tenacity and dedication. Broddle joined the team as a receptionist at the builder’s Miami corporate office in 2002.
In order to learn more about the homebuilding industry and get more hands on experience, Broddle made the bold move of relocating across county in 2005. She joined the Lennar land division where she gained valuable knowledge in product development and the Las Vegas market. A few years later she took her market knowledge and expanded her career as she pioneered the new Internet sales department as an Internet New Home Consultant. Broddle discovered that she had a passion and a talent for sales and creating happy homeowners.
Through her leadership and knowledge of the homebuilding industry, Broddle later assembled the best sales team in the Las Vegas Valley. She was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing and has been leading her team with great success for 5 years.
“I’m so exited about this new opportunity and the future of the Lennar Las Vegas division. I couldn’t be more proud to work with an amazing team,” said Broddle.
Broddle is actively involved with local charities through the Lennar’s charitable contributions. Over the years, she has helped organize and participated in community service events with local nonprofit organizations such as Child Haven, Las Vegas Rescue Mission and Olive Crest.
Former Las Vegas Division President Jeremy Parness was recently transferred to Aliso Viejo to head the California Coastal division.
