Learn how to register for eligibility to purchase on the June 10th sales launch
Lennar and ICON are gearing up to release their first-ever 3D-printed homes for sale at Wolf Ranch, and VIP Registration is now open! Due to anticipated demand, Lennar will use a drawing process to select potential homebuyers for the first opportunity to purchase the first six homes available during the initial release. To participate in the drawing, homebuyers must register to become a VIP by following these steps:
- Complete registration before 11:59 p.m. (CST) on June 9th to select the home they wish to purchase. Homebuyers must get pre-approved with Lennar Mortgage .*
- Homebuyers selected in the drawing on June 10th will then have 24 hours from the time of email receipt to sign a Purchase Agreement and provide an Earnest Money Deposit of $25,000.
Lennar will release six homes during the initial sales launch. Once homebuyers obtain pre-approval, they may register for the specific homesite they wish to purchase, with the option to register for more than one home and enter more than one drawing.
Set in Georgetown, just north of Austin, TX, the 3D-Printed Homes collection at Wolf Ranch is the largest community of new 3D-printed homes ever developed nationwide and will provide 100 homes once completed. The community will also feature resort-inspired amenities including a clubhouse with lounge, outdoor event area and infinity pool, playground, park, splash park and trails.
Home designs available during the sales release include the Nola, Cato, Ezra, Dyce and Jorn plans. Sizes range from approximately 1,574 to 2,010 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Prices start from the upper $400,000s.
Homebuyers may register for the VIP list and get pre-approved with Lennar Mortgage now for their opportunity to purchase during the sales release. Drawing selections will take place on Saturday, June 10th at 10 am (CST).
