Lennar’s Gossamer Grove masterplan, located at 7th Standard & Calloway, is hosting open houses this weekend at three home plans. The open houses will take place on Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22 from 11 am to 4 pm. Lennar announced it is now pre-selling new single-level condominiums from Chroma, the newest collection of homes at the Innovation masterplan in Fremont. Chroma joins two collections at the masterplan, Aspect and Matrix, which have models open for tours, while Lumiere is pre-selling currently and models coming soon.
