Lennar invites home shoppers to attend the model grand opening of two new collections at Aviano, Oriana and Luna, on Saturday, December 11^th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees will enjoy complimentary food and beverages, while being the first to tour the six stunning model homes.

“We are so excited to debut these beautiful model homes and kick off the grand opening of this masterplan with a fun event,” said Julie Wrighton, Director of Marketing for Lennar Bay Area. “Both Luna and Oriana offer a variety of single-family homes for sale, with three Next Gen® options to accommodate the needs of multigenerational families.”

Luna offers a collection of five single-family homes to choose from. These two-story residences range in size from approximately 2,035 to 3,183 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms and two to three and one-half bathrooms.

Oriana offers four single-family homes to choose from, with one single-story and three two-story options. The homes range in size from approximately 2,328 to 3,637 square feet of living space with four to five bedrooms and two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms.

Lennar offers Next Gen® floorplans in both collections, with three designs in total. Designed with multigenerational families in mind, Next Gen® homes feature an attached private suite complete with its own separate entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The suite also connects to the main home, allowing for direct access or privacy depending on the household’s needs. It’s become a popular space for older grandparents, grown children, extended family or as an office, at home classroom or guest suite.

Each new Lennar home at Aviano also comes with added value thanks to the homebuilder’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which provides upgrades at no additional cost.
