Two new models open at The San Francisco Shipyard

San Francisco, Calif – November 2016 – San Francisco’s most exciting masterplanned community, The San Francisco Shipyard, just opened two brand new model homes. As this community continues to take shape, three communities are now selling — Alma, Engel and Thayer — which offer a fantastic opportunity to own in San Francisco, with prices starting from $599,900.

“The San Francisco Shipyard offers the very best of city living and once completed, this 750-acre project expanding from Bayview Hunters Point to Candlestick Park will offer 350 acres of public space and 890,000 square feet of retail,” said Morgan Sterling, Marketing Manager for Lennar Bay Area. “We invite everyone who has yet to see this exciting project to come visit it firsthand.”

The two new models which recently opened in Engel boast European-inspired design. One is a luxurious two-story, two-bedroom and two bathroom maisonette. This home features stunning city skyline and bay views from its private outdoor terrace. Engel offers maisonettes available in one- and two-bedroom layouts.  These homes range from approximately 603 to 1,342 square feet of space. Many homes feature private terraces and shared decks.

Engel also offers condominiums. The second model that opened in Engel is a two-bedroom, two bathroom home that features its own private entrance to the outdoors. Other features include big energy-efficient windows that let in natural light and fresh air, one controlled access parking space and access to shared common roof decks.

Alma, also now selling, is a collection of luxury townhomes that range in size from approximately 1,072 to 1,437 square feet, two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Select townhomes feature private balconies and decks, some with gorgeous city skyline views.

Thayer offers a collection of Edwardian-inspired flats that range from approximately 957 to 970 square feet, one to two bedrooms and one to two bathrooms. These attached homes have a common terrace perfect for socializing and relaxation.

Each home features Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which puts upscale features such as dark hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen and living areas, gorgeous Caesartone kitchen countertops, stainless steel Bosch kitchen appliances, Electrolux electric washers and gas dryers, Barbosa cabinetry and so much more in every new home at no additional cost!

For a limited time, Lennar is offering interior design services from the well-known, online professional interior design service Laurel & Wolf as part of their Everything’s Inclued® program.
