Bakersfield, Calif. – April 2019 – Lennar is known in the industry for their Everything’s Included® approach to new home building. Prices start from the mid $200,000s and Lennar offers several Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs at this masterplan.

Lennar’s line of Next Gen® homes was created with multigenerational living in mind. Every Next Gen® floorplan includes an attached private suite that features its own separate entrance, living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom.
