Shafter, Calif. – October 2018 – Lennar Central Valley will host an evening of Halloween fun the Saturday, October 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Flight Park at Gossamer Grove, Shafter’s largest masterplanned community. The event is open to the public and community members are encouraged to invite friends and bring the whole family for this year’s annual PumpkinFest.
“We are so excited to host this annual event which is always a good time and a way for new neighbors to get to know each other, and prospective home shoppers to explore the lifestyle of this community,” said Susan Wilke, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Central Valley. “People are encouraged to dress up and bring the little ones out to paint pumpkins and partake in Halloween fun.”
Halloween-themed activities are planned for the event, including face painting, pumpkin painting and a Halloween Parade at 1 p.m. Additionally, model homes will be open and available for touring. Gossamer Grove offers a unique opportunity to purchase a new home in a masterplanned community within the city of Shafter located near Bakersfield.
