Lennar announced their newest community, Anatole, located off Shaw and Grantland in Fresno, is coming soon and bringing two collections of new homes for sale: The Clementine Series and Coronet Series. With a total of nine distinctive floorplans to choose from, including a Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® design, home shoppers will find options for families at every stage of life. The first sales release is anticipated for November 2020.

The Coronet Series will bring five distinctive floorplans available in a variety of exterior elevation styles. Home sizes will range from approximately 1,787 to 3,240 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms and two to three and one-half bathrooms. A Next Gen® floorplan will be available in this series in the Rhapsody plan.

The Clementine Series will provide four dynamic floorplans to choose from, with a variety of exterior elevations available. Home sizes in this series range from approximately 1,460 to 2,985 square feet of living space with two to five bedrooms and two to three and one-half bathrooms.

Each home will showcase Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which provides added style and value with items such as state-of-the art appliances, granite or quartz kitchen countertops, integrated home automation and more – all at no additional cost. All homes will additionally boast Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ designs for guaranteed whole-home coverage and connectivity.

As a Next Gen® design, the Rhapsody plan available in the Coronet Series will feature an attached private suite complete with a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living room, laundry area and kitchenette. This innovative design offers a variety of uses such as a home for extended family, aging parents, grown children or to be used as a home office, at-home classroom or as the ultimate guest suite.
