Lennar has opened nine professionally-decorated model homes from three new single-family communities: Cottages, Villas and Bungalows at our new Bridgeway Masterplan in Newark. Model tours are available by appointment only, guided by a New Home Consultant.

• Bungalows, the largest collection open this weekend, offers three floorplans with sizes that range from 2,573 to 2,886 square feet, four to five bedrooms and five and one-half bathrooms.
