Lennar is excited to announce the first sales release at Starling Townhomes and The Wilde Series at The Brambles, located off of Willow and Copper Ave. in Fresno, CA, will start Friday, March 12. The Starling Townhomes and the Wilde Series marks the debut of Lennar Central Valley’s first-ever townhomes series in the Fresno area.

The Starling Townhomes will present three floorplans: The Dove, The Oriole and The Wren. All new home designs offer approximately 1,383 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-bay garages. Highlights of the Dove include dual owner’s suites, one on each level, while the Wren offers a flexible room you can transform into anything your lifestyle requires, like a home office or learning area.
The Wilde Series presents three floorplan options: The Bronte, The Kipling and The Hemingway. Homes range from approximately 1,893 to 2,169 square feet with three to four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and two-bay garages. If you need flexible space in your home, the Kipling offers a spacious loft.
Each home will come complete with Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which outfits each new residence with a series of upgrades as standard. Features like stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz countertops, integrated home automation and more will come included at no extra cost. Homes will also include eero wifi, which offers the latest wifi technology to deliver faster speeds, higher performance and better support for simultaneously connected devices throughout your home.
Lennar Central Valley has new Self-Guided Tours available by appointment only from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. at all active WHC across the Central Valley.
