The countdown begins! Lennar will introduce five new collections to Rise, the newest neighborhood within the sought-after Great Park Neighborhoods, on Saturday, February 29^th. Starting at 10 a.m., the public is invited to come out to tour the variety of model homes and enjoy food, music and refreshments. • Almeria offers detached homes ranging from approximately 2,042 to 2,432 square feet, including three bedrooms and two and one-half to three bathrooms. Homes are anticipated to start from the mid $900s.
• Bolero offers row townhomes ranging from approximately 2,012 to 2,115 square feet, including three to four bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms. Homes are anticipated to start from the low $800s.
• Covello offers tri-pack homes ranging from approximately 2,066 to 2,582 square feet, including three to four bedrooms and three to three and one-half bathrooms. Homes are anticipated to start from the mid $800s.
• Montair offers detached homes ranging from approximately 2,526 to 2,907 square feet, including three to four bedrooms, two and one-half to three bathrooms plus two half bathrooms. Homes are anticipated to start from the low $1 millions.
