Lennar’s Red Tag Sales Event is back for another year, giving homebuyers the opportunity to save up to $15,000 in closing costs and lock in a low interest rate on a new home. As part of our ongoing effort to make owning a home as easy as possible, we are tagging certain homes in each of our 55 communities in the Tampa Bay area with dramatic discounts.
And it’s hard to miss one of these red tags: Each one measures 3 by 6 feet, comparable to the height of the average person. The tag is hung on the front door, so anyone driving through the neighborhood is sure to see it.
Jennifer Fiore, a New Home Consultant for Lennar’s Belmont community in South Hillsborough County, said this year’s event has already attracted a lot of interest from homebuyers, both local and out of state. With the low interest rate being offered on red tag homes, some of her recent buyers were able to increase their budget by $20,000 to afford a larger home.
“Lennar’s Red Tag Sales Event is a great opportunity for young families and first-time homebuyers to find the perfect home for a price that fits their budget,” Fiore said. “It’s always exciting when a family discovers how much they can save simply by finding a giant red tag on the home.”
As with every Lennar home, the homes included in the Red Tag Sales Event come with a number of upgraded appliances and features included with the list price, part of Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” approach. This means that in addition to saving thousands on the cost of the home, Red Tag home buyers won’t have to worry about buying necessities like kitchen appliances or a washer and dryer.
Potential homebuyers can find red tags on a wide variety of Lennar homes in communities throughout the Tampa Bay area. The event runs through the end of September.
