Get Connected With MyLennar

The closing date is set. The movers are scheduled. You’re almost home! Keep your life running smoothly during and after your move with myLennar.

When you’re within 45 days of your closing date, click on the Set up services tab to view information on local utilities, TV, Internet, phone, and forwarding your mail- all customized to your new community. We’ll even send you an email reminder when you get close to your move-in date.

Utilities 

Lennar simplifies the process of setting up utilities by connecting you to service providers for your neighborhood. When you’re within 45 days of your closing date, a list of available providers will be provided under the “Set up services” tab in myLennar. Simply contact your provider of choice to arrange services. {Learn more}

TV, Internet, Phone

Similar to your local utilities, use myLennar to contact TV, Internet, and phone providers to set up service. Providers may not be able to schedule installation until after you have closed on or moved into your new home. myLennar is a great way to stay organized and keep track of set up before, during and after your move! {Learn more}

Change of address

We can help keep your life running smoothly during and after your move by scheduling mail forwarding to your new address. Lennar can coordinate with the USPS to change mail delivery to your new home when you near your closing date. {Learn more}
