Las Vegas, Nevada – January 2019 – Lennar Las Vegas is proud to announce two new incredible communities will grand open on Saturday, January 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Woodlands at Skye Canyon and Stone Creek at Tule Springs will unveil brand-new model homes! Woodlands is a brand-new Lennar community at the Skye Canyon masterplan. Presenting three distinctive floorplans, these single-family homes range in size from approximately 2,163 to 2,704 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two and one-half to three bathrooms. Residents will enjoy access to the ever-expanding shopping and restaurants along Hualapai, along with being situated just down the street from the Skye Center amenity center, which boasts a swimming pool, splash pad, park and free Wi-Fi.

Stone Creek will unveil three new neighborhoods by Lennar at the Tule Springs masterplan in North Las Vegas. In total, seven distinctive floorplans will be available and six will be modeled for home shoppers to tour at the grand opening.

• The Crossings is a neighborhood of upscale townhomes that range in size from approximately 1,978 to 2,210 square feet.
• The Landings presents a collection of single-family two story homes that provide approximately 1,887 to 2,204 square feet.
• The Peaks offers the largest collection of single-family homes, including a single-story plan and one Next Gen® The Home Within a Home® design for multigenerational living, with sizes that range from 2,129 to 3,871 square feet of living space.

Every new home at these communities will showcase Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® features for added style and value. Brand-new appliances, granite kitchen countertops, integrated home automation products voice controlled by Amazon Alexa and more come included all at no additional cost.

These homes also offer the world’s first Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ Home Designs. The events will take place at each of the communities’ Welcome Home Centers. Woodlands at Skye Canyon is located at 10158 Skye Camp Drive in Las Vegas.

Stone Creek at Tule Springs is located at 1610 Dire Wolf Ave in North Las Vegas.
