Covington, Washington – January 2019 – Home shoppers are invited to attend the Grand Opening of three new model homes at Maple Hills on Saturday, January 19. Lennar will also have complimentary wood-fired pizza from a local food truck, face painting and fun activities from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In total, Lennar offers 11 distinctive single-family home designs at Maple Hills. These residences offer approximately 2,311 to 4,122 square feet of living space with four to six bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. Each home showcases open-concept living areas, contemporary kitchens and luxurious master suites .

Lennar will be debuting their new models which showcase the 2,311-square foot Hickory plan, 2,501-square foot Magnolia plan and the 2,825-square foot Sequoia plan.

Lennar offers a Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® design at Maple Hills in the Bainbridge plan. As a Next Gen® home, it features an attached private suite with its own separate entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
