The Bay Area Building Industry Association nominated Lennar’s Avenue One for a variety of awards and nominated Lennar for Builder of the Year for their 2016 Excellence in Home Building Awards. The event takes place this Friday, April 8, at the San Francisco Marriot Marquis.
“We are thrilled that our Avenue One community has received so much attention, and of course, to be nominated for Builder of the Year,” said Morgan Sterling, Marketing Manager for Lennar Bay Area. “We are also proud of to have some of our sales team earn recognition with the sales team of the year nomination.”
In addition to being nominated for Builder of the Year, two of Lennar’s Avenue One Communities were nominated for Community of the Year – Attached, including Grand and Ellington at Avenue One. Avenue One was nominated for Best Logo, Best Sales or Leasing Office Design, and Best Multi-Product Community of the Year, while Lennar’s Scott Johnson and Debra Yates were nominated for Sales Team of the Year.
