Merced, Calif. – January 2019 – Lennar first launched their innovative Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® design in 2011 after seeing a rising need for homes that accommodate multigenerational living situations across the country. After redefining the way these extended families can live together, Next Gen® home designs have become some of the most popular across the country. Two series of home designs offer a Next Gen® plan at Moraga, the Skye and Chateau Series. The Solstice plan from the Skye Series features 2,570 square feet with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-bay garage. From the Chateau Series, the Camelot plan provides a bit more space with 2,789 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and a three-bay garage.
