Lennar Myrtle Beach is pleased to announce the opening of its newest community, Monarch at Emmens Preserve. The 88-homesite neighborhood is Lennar’s latest addition to the Myrtle Beach new-home market.

Monarch marks the exciting return of Lennar’s popular Coastal Collection, which features single-family homes with 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 bathrooms and sizes ranging from 2,495 to 3,555 square feet. Monarch will also offer Lennar’s Arbor Collection and its single-family homes ranging from 1,804 to 2,151 square feet, with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms.

“The Lennar Coastal Collection is our most popular because it features our largest floor plans and the most included features,” said Bob Peiffer, the Lennar Coastal Carolinas Sales Manager in Myrtle Beach. “It’s an incredible value, and we’re proud to again be able to offer it in Myrtle Beach.”

Homes at Monarch will start from the mid $200’s with initial inventory available for move-in this October.

As part of Emmens Preserve, Monarch is conveniently located in the burgeoning Market Common District. In addition to use of Emmens Preserve’s extensive amenities, Monarch residents will enjoy easy access to the surrounding 29 acres of landscaped parks, lakes and trails. The Market Common features a Public Square, many retail shops, restaurants and a 14-plex cinema. Monarch is also just a short golf cart ride to Myrtle Beach State Park.

Homebuyers in Monarch will benefit from Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included™ program, offering desirable luxury features included in the base price. Optional items at other builders are included at no additional cost, where normally these features would cost the homebuyer thousands of dollars more – providing the true price of the home to every customer, every day.
