“Everyone Deserves a Good Home” is the motto as leading Triangle builder providers sites for pet adoptions
Lennar Raleigh, the #1 builder in the Triangle, announced it has partnered with Cause for Paws to host pet adoption events at selected Lennar locations during the 49th annual Parade of Homes. Using the motto “Everyone Deserves a Good Home”, the builder has committed to providing locations in Lennar Parade homes for pets to be viewed by the public as they tour the homes. Volunteers will be available to answer questions and begin the application process for interested pet adopters.
Cause for Paws is a Triangle animal rescue organization that places all the animals in their system in foster care until they are adopted. “Being invited to these high-profile Lennar homes during such a heavily attended event is an amazing opportunity to create more visibility for our pets and for our organization,” explained Charles A McCombs, CEO and Founder.
“As the leading builder in the Triangle, we have the most homes featured in the Parade” said Beverly Day, Marketing Manager of Lennar Homes. “We feel it is a great opportunity to support a very worthwhile cause.” The homes on Parade will showcase a variety of single family homes and townhomes with floor plans and designs to fit all lifestyles.
The Parade of Homes takes place Oct 4-5, 10-12 and 17-19 from 12-5 pm. Animals will be featured from 1-4 pm in Lennar homes in Parkside, 55 James and Edgewater (Apex); Fryars Gate (Cary); Hanover Pointe and Ravenstone (Durham); High Grove and Summerdale (Fuquay Varina); Everett Crossing and Kitts Creek (Morrisville); and Austin Creek and Traditions (Wake Forest). Donations of pet food and supplies will be accepted at these locations during the Parade as well as after the event.
