Prospective homebuyers will have a new selection of homes for sale to choose from at Lennar’s Lewis Pointe community in Thornton. On Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13 Lennar will unveil their new Monarch and Grand collection homes, including an approximately 4,122 square foot Superhome.
The Superhome is available from the mid $500,000s. The two-story, craftsman style home design is a larger version of Lennar’s The Home Within A Home® which was released in 2011 and designed to accommodate multigenerational families and dual living situations.
